Can I bring in my own food?
No outside food is permitted in the premises and/or for your event. We have seven exclusive caterers that provide food service to our center. All food must be provided by one of our seven caterers. Cateres not listed may not cater at WM920. Please call all caters for selection and pricing - your food service will be handled directly with one of these caterers.

How many people does WM920 Hold?
The maximum number of people allowed in the entire banquet facility is 360 people seated. Our venue may be split into two rooms if necessary. Room A holds up 120 people seated and Room B holds up to 240 people seated.
Are use of the porches included in our rental?
Yes! Our porches are fully licensed and available to utilize during your event.
Are your beautiful, black, Chiavari chairs included in our rent?
Yes! Chairs and tables are included in all rentals.
Can we bring in our own alcohol or beverages?
NO! WM920 is a fully licensed facility and must handle all beverage services. WM920 also provides events with our own beverage-certified bartenders.

Do linens come with the rental price?
No. Watermark 920 offers white or black linens from $9-$16 each, depending which size you prefer. A select few of the caterers can also provide you with linens for an extra fee. You may bring in your own linens as well. If you would like any custom linens, Watermark 920 has an event planner on staff that could offer you advice and order linens for you.
Can I bring in my own cake, candy table or the like?
Yes. You are allowed to provide cake, candy and cupcakes. Please Note: Gum and suckers are not allowed on candy tables. A fee may incur if items are found on the table.
Do I have to clean the space after my event has occurred?
No. Watermark 920 asks that you remove all decor and garbage from tables before you leave. We have applied a $125 cleaning fee to all events.
Can I bring in my own DJ?
Yes. Any DJ is allowed into our facility. Our recommendation is to get reviews and do research on any DJ you would like to book.
What does the rental fee include?
Our rental fee includes round tables that seat up to 10 people comfortably, black Chiavari chairs, lounge furniture, and set up and tear down. Pub tables and 8-foot tables are also included in the rental cost. Our event coordinator is available during your entire planning process for questions and concerns.
How much does catering cost?
WM920 recommends you contact each caterer and get a feel of what they can offer you. Inform each caterer of what you would like to spend per guest. Give each caterer an idea of what kind of food you are looking to offer your guests.
